Francine has been with the MSC team since the AlphaGary days, working in the Customer Service Department most recently as Customer Service Lead. After over a decade with the organization, she is moving her skill-set into the sales and marketing arena as the first point of contact for handling and directing product inquiries, working closely with the sales team to provide support with various customer-first initiatives, and managing marketing functions such as tradeshows and lead generation.
